One of the seven exterior colours that the Maruti Suzuki Jimny will be available in when it debuts is Nexa Blue.

At the 2023 Auto Expo in January, the Fronx small SUV coupe and the five-door Maruti Suzuki Jimny had their world debuts. The former will go on sale in May, while the latter’s prices will be revealed some time in the following month. Before their respective premieres, the display units of both SUVs have begun to arrive at dealerships across India.

There will be a total of seven colour possibilities for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny, including two dual-tone variants and one monotone hue, Kinetic Yellow (with Bluish Black Roof). It was initially created so that the lifestyle off-roader would stand out inclement weather. Here are the first photos of the distinctive Nexa Blue shade captured in Shimla.

Other colour choices include Granite Grey, Pearl Artic White, Sizzling Red, Bluish Black, Sizzling Red with Bluish Black Roof, and Bluish Black. the India-specific Jimny is 3,985 millimetres long, 1,645 millimetres wide, and 1,720 millimetres tall. It has a 2,590 mm wheelbase and 210 mm of ground clearance.

The Jimny can fit 332 litres in its boot when the back seat is folded. It has a 36-degree approach angle, a 50-degree departure angle, and a 24-degree ramp breakover angle. The five-door Jimny is more capacious and has a greater boot volume than the global three-door variant, making it more practical.

The lifestyle off-road SUV will go up against the Force Gurkha and the new five-door Mahindra Thar. It sports a three-link rigid axle suspension, an AllGrip Pro 4WD system, and low-range transfer gear. It is built on a ladder frame chassis (4L mode). Clamshell-shaped headlamps, a flat roofline, tall pillars, vertical grille slits, and tall pillars make up the exterior.

A wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a nine-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with HD display, Arkamys music, six airbags, and other features are included in the cabin. A 1.5-liter K-series engine with idle start/stop technology has a performance rating of 104.8 PS at 6,000 rpm and 134.2 Nm at 4,000 rpm. A four-speed AT or a five-speed MT is mated to it.
